This SHIP section will be used to index unique ships in various ways.
Each unique ship we can identify will get a page of its own. This is currently a beta stage feature we're testing. The ships currently indexed is the ones with IMO numbers, which is the most stable registration we have on a ship.
The summary page will give you a better overview of the ship, for example in what kind of categories we have photos of it, summary comments on the ship from photo pages, total photos, photographers and soon better links to history and media like photos, video, ship technical data, news and general AIS information.
On each page of a ship photo where the ship has an IMO number, there is a link to the ship summary page. Below are some examples of ships that you might find interesting. Just click the thumbnail to see the ship's page! |
